Contrary to popular opinion, aging is not an illness. It does however make us more vulnerable to illness. What can we do as we age to keep ahead of the game here. There are so many scientific theories on why we age but common sense tells us that to live a moderate life, eat as freshly and as unprocessed as possible, drink pure water and sort out our issues. Atitude is important, as is living a life where you are connected with your family and friends. So do all you can to boost your immunity and exercise regularly, laugh, live your dreams and have fun.
